We're Hiring: Senior Credit Controller

Are you a seasoned credit control professional ready to lead a high-performing team and drive financial excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Credit Controller to take charge of our end-to-end cash collection process and deliver impactful results.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Victoria Station office / 2 days WFH

Day Rate: £388.10 PAYE – £529.54 Umbrella per day

Contract: 6 months | ASAP Start

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a credit control team of up to 10, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
• Forecast cash flow and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with asset management to resolve tenant payment issues.
• Provide insights to the Places Finance team for strategic planning.
• Act as the key contact for auditors, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Strong understanding of data protection and risk mitigation.
• Background in property or similar environments.
• People leadership and team management experience.
• Involvement in mobilisation projects.
• Finance qualification (at least part-qualified AAT, CICM or similar).
• Expertise in process improvement and cash management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Horizon (desirable).
