Senior Data Architect – London Market Insurance

London/Hybrid

£800 per day (Inside IR35)

Join a leading London Market insurer as they scale their data function. This is an exciting contract role for a Senior Data Architect to shape and deliver enterprise-wide data solutions as part of a major transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and deliver modern data architectures across cloud and on-prem environments
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align data solutions with strategy
Lead the design of scalable platforms including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time pipelines
Provide architectural oversight on key data initiatives and transformations

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior data architecture role, ideally within the London Market
Expertise in cloud-based data solutions (Azure preferred) and Lakehouse architectures
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to design and deliver robust data platforms
