Senior Delegated Authority Account Manager

I'm delighted to be working with a leading global insurer to find an experienced delegated professional to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

My client is seeking adaptable individual to step into a key role managing complex delegated authority arrangements. You'll be at the heart of their delegated operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing management of key relationships while working alongside Underwriting, Claims, and Actuarial teams.

Key responsibilities include;

• Leading the management of delegated authority relationships
• Executing due diligence and audit processes for Lloyd's and Company platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with risk frameworks
• Analysing Coverholder MI and reporting key findings and trends
• Representing the team at internal and external meetings
• Maintaining comprehensive databases and documentation systems

Experience you'll need

• Previous experience in Delegated Authority Management
• Strong due diligence and audit report interpretation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory developments in the field
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented professional who thrives under limited supervision

• Reviewing and mapping delegated authority processes
• Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies
• Updating and refining policies and procedures
