Senior EA Global Tech

Senior EA role available for a Global Tech company supporting two senior directors. This role requires not only senior EA experience but ideally you will have worked for a global company previously. The role is initially for 6 weeks with the possibility of extension. You will be based in office 3 to 4 days per week and at least one day remotely. The role is based in central London and the ideal start is early May.

As a priority you will:

-support directors with traditional EA duties such as travel arrangements and complex diary management

-liaise with numerous departments to help organise director meetings

-help prepare and present board papers

-extensive minute taking experience

To be successful you will need:

Be an experienced EA, and supported at Director level

Have a good understanding of global structured companies
