Are you an experienced ER professional with a strategic mindset and a knack for managing change in complex, unionised environments?

Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR division is supporting the search for a Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead high-impact ER initiatives across a well-established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape policy, lead negotiations, and play a key role in transformational change.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + benefits, including:

Key responsibilities of the Senior ER Manager will include:

• Chairing and negotiating with Employee Councils
• Leading collective bargaining and managing union relationships
• Shaping and advising on people policy development
• Supporting organisational change with a strong ER strategy
• Partnering with business leaders on restructures and transformation projects

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings solid experience leading negotiations in a unionised environment
• Understands employment law and complex people policies
• Has the confidence to influence at all levels of the business
• Remains calm and strategic in high-pressure situations
• Can steer people transformation with credibility and insight
