Senior ESG Business Analyst - Asset Management

Join a leading investment management firm as an ESG Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract. Sitting within the Business Change function, this role focuses on delivering high-impact regulatory and ESG-driven change initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and delivery for regulatory and ESG-driven change projects
• Define and document user and business requirements, operating models, and business cases
• Collaborate across Business, Data, and Technology teams
• Support strong change governance and stakeholder engagement
• Manage scope, risks, and issues across the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

• Proven ESG experience in a Business Analyst role - essential
• Background in Asset Management is required
• Strong knowledge of regulatory change processes
• Experience working in Agile, Lean, and Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, including Front Office and Risk/Compliance
