Senior Events & Marketing Executive

• Salary: £35k (depending on experience)
• Location: Near Oswestry (Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in office)
• Contract: 14-month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a passionate and organised Senior Events & Marketing Executive to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable events that not only bring people together but also leave a lasting impact.

• Lead the planning, marketing, and delivery of a diverse range of events including large-scale exhibitions, hands-on workshops, and engaging virtual webinars.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics and delivery, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets set objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, and attendance for events.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all event materials, from artwork to messaging, align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to evaluation, shaping an events and marketing strategy that delivers tangible results.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including designers, marketers, speakers, and suppliers to create cohesive and compelling event experiences.

• Proven experience in managing multiple events and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in both in-person and virtual event management.
• Strong project management and budget handling capabilities.
• Ability to use data and customer insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
• Must have own car for occasional travel to support events.
