Job Title: Senior Family Support Worker
Location: Ilford
Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months with possibility of extension - Hybrid

Rate: £20.74 PAYE/£26.53 Umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Family Support Workers and Managers to deliver efficient, effective services.
• Develop and implement "Team Around the Child" initiatives, holding an individual caseload.
• Create family care plans, ensuring the highest safeguarding standards.
• Engage directly with parents and children, offering guidance, support, and promoting positive parenting practises.
• Prepare reports for case conferences, meetings, and assist in maintaining high professional standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with families and partner agencies.
• Experience in case recording, care planning, and monitoring family needs.
• Ability to chair meetings and ensure service users fully understand processes.
• A commitment to promoting diversity and adhering to health and safety procedures.
