Senior Finance Business Partner - Interim
Location: Lancashire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE + benefits
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: Full-time

Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading, private equity backed services business who are seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation, delivering meaningful and sustainable projects. The business is looking for someone who can act as a trusted financial advisor, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to provide insight, drive performance, and support strategic decisions.

  Work closely with senior management, providing financial insight and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• 
  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across assigned business areas.
• 
  Analyse performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and develop initiatives to improve results.
• 
  Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and revenue growth.
• 
  Lead on financial management including balance sheet, cashflow, and P&L oversight.
• 
  Challenge assumptions and deliver commercial insight to inform key decisions.
• 
  Mentor junior finance team members and support continuous improvement across systems and reporting processes.

• 
  Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• 
  Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Senior Finance role
• 
  Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
• 
  Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable insight
• 
  Able to lead and develop others while working at pace and with autonomy
