• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights that drive the company's strategic decisions and growth.
• Analyse financial data and trends to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Lead the financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Implement and oversee cost-control measures.
• Enhance financial performance by analysing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends.
• Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Adept at managing, guiding, and leading employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Driver's license and ability to commute or relocate to Tunbridge Wells.
• Must be able to drive as the role includes on-site parking.
