Senior Finance Partner- Service Charges

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Finance Partner- Service Charges to join our Accounting & Finance team, providing financial expertise in a not-for-profit setting. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of finance and a track record of working collaboratively with service charge teams.

Description

• Providing expert financial advice to the service charge teams.
• Working closely with the team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Ensuring financial compliance and accuracy in all service charge-related activities.
• Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to the team and stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Supporting the service charge teams in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Partner- Service Charges should have:

• A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
• Experience in a finance role within the not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A collaborative approach to working with service charge teams.
