Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - real estate/property experience essential.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities for a significant property development project, providing key insights and recommendations to drive financial performance and strategy as the company’s growth plans take shape.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, cashflow and performance tracking.

· Lead the annual budgeting process and delivery of quarterly reforecast.

· Own the Group Business Plan model.

· Manage reporting and support on analysis associated with the Expansion Development.

· Build consistent FP+A processes for reporting and modelling.

· Manage the FP&A activities, providing insightful analysis and trend forecasts to support management decision-making.

· Develop and maintain financial models to assist in strategic planning and evaluation.

· Assess, monitor, and interpret KPIs / metrics to ensure financial performance targets are met.

Qualifications

· Professional accountant qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)with at least 3-4 years PQE.

· Property experience is essential.

· Demonstrable experience in FP+A.

· Excellent modelling skills with experience of building and working with analytical tools.

· Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

· Enthusiastic, curious, and results driven.

· Passionate about problem-solving with a logical and collaborative approach.
