Senior Graduate Recruiter

Experienced Recruiter required for hybrid role in London recruiting graduates for consulting and technology graduate programmes throughout the UK

• £995 - £1140 per week ( before tax )
• Days Monday to Friday - with 1-2 days spent in London Office
• 37.5 hours per week
• Travel around the UK will be required - however travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by our client
• Ongoing contract for several months - immediate start for the right candidate

Principal Duties:

• Delivering events and attraction activities to students and graduates in university campus's in areas such as London, Newcastle, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Scotland
• Attracting candidates for consulting and technology graduate programmes in the UK -from backgrounds such as such as finance, IT, Legal and Procurement
• Building relationships with universities
• Designing innovative graduate attraction events
• Manage high volume graduate candidate applications
• Interviewing candidates

All Applicants to this role must have the following :

• Very good previous experience in high volume recruitment
• Experience in designing and organising online recruitment campaigns
• Experience in designing and organising recruitment attraction events
• A willingness to travel throughout the UK heading up recruitment events at numerous university campus's
• Experience in interviewing and selecting applicants
• Proficiency in using social media to attract applicants
• Strong Communication skills and a confident manner
