Senior Graphic Designer - 3 month contract

• Location: Remote but must be UK based and lived in UK for past 5 years
• Job Type: Full-time, 3-month contract which could be extended beyond this date

My client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead their design team and consistently apply their company's visual identity across all platforms. This role involves designing projects from concept to delivery and ensuring first-class quality of output. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the global marketing, bidding, and internal communications teams to deliver high-impact visuals that enhances their brand presence.

• Collaborate with a Mid-Level Graphic Designer and Senior 3D Technical Artist & Animator to create compelling content across digital and print media.
• Lead the creative development of strategic and innovative concepts that challenge traditional ways of working, focusing on user engagement and brand storytelling.
• Oversee the development of website and digital channel assets, ensuring they are visually strong, intuitive, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage external content providers, including specialists in web development, motion graphics, and digital advertising.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, present ideas, gather feedback, and iterate designs, especially for digital experiences that support user journeys and engagement.
• Planning and managing all design projects and resources to meet deadlines aligned with business priorities.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all artwork and output across various formats including web, mobile, social, and video.
• Establish and evolve digital design systems, reusable templates, and branded toolkits to increase delivery efficiency.

• Degree in Graphic Design with strong expertise and experience in a similar level role.
• Experience managing a small Graphic Design team.
• Owner of an impressive design portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Passionate about design with an exceptional eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Experience in Adobe After Effects or other animation programs is desirable.
