Senior Group Finance Manager - Interim - £80,000 - £95,000 - London/Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills.

The Role:

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will manage a team of four, ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing consolidation, and providing insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage overseas entities and produce investor reports.
• Support audits, tax filings, and VAT returns.
• Implement financial policies and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong experience.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Leadership experience in finance, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or tech.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial systems (Xero experience is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
