Senior HR Advisor
FIXED TERM CONTRACT 18 MONTHS
Hull

• Working in an established and supportive HR team reporting to the HR Manager
• A large business where internal development and progression is important
• A fast paced and hands on role giving you exposure to a varied position
• A good split of generalist HR with 30/40% covering employee relations case load
• Daily contact with all levels of staff needing a confident HR professional
• Ability and appetite to work on a variety of projects
• Supporting managers and offering coaching where required
• Recruitment and selection support to line managers and assisting with Interviews when
• Site based role

This role is to start as soon as possible but would wait for the right candidate.
