Senior HR Generalist (FTC)
We have a requirement for an HR Generalist, to work within a team and support the HR Director. You will have gained a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role and preferably within a financial services/asset management industry.
Key skills:-
Onboarding/offboarding/ payroll support.
Producing reports.
Keeping the data accurate for reports for Exec committee and US executives.
Ensure Reports are accurate.
Dealing with admin work associated with Immigration, recruitment, ER cases.
Liaise with the senior team.
Helping with recruitment- starters and leavers.
Republic of Ireland payroll coming through the UK team now so ensure its accurate.
Aswell as other generic HR functions and duties.
This role, will be moving towards 5 days in the office buy with flexibility depending on workload.
