We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team, with deep expertise in Cisco and Meraki networking, Zscaler security, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimising our enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco and Meraki technologies.
• Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure and seamless connectivity.
• Manage identity and access services using Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), including conditional access, MFA, and SSO configurations.
• Provide advanced support and administration of the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
• Oversee and support Nutanix HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure), including configuration, storage provisioning, and cluster management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business and security requirements.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including network refreshes, cloud integrations, and systems migrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Mentor junior team members and provide escalation-level support for complex infrastructure issues.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a similar technical role.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki dashboard, and associated LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi technologies.
• Strong understanding and experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA implementation and policy management.
• In-depth experience managing and securing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (including conditional access and hybrid identity models).
• Proficient in deploying and administering Nutanix (AHV, Prism, and storage management).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VPN, VLAN, etc.) and enterprise firewall and proxy solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for infrastructure tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Desirable Certifications (One or more):

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or similar
• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or higher
