Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Business Analyst to support a critical transformation programme involving complex system and data integrations across the enterprise. Ideal for an experienced contractor who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities for integration workstreams across multiple systems and business domains.

• Gather, analyse, and document integration requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Define and manage interface specifications, data flows, and mappings across systems and third-party vendors.

• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and clarify dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.

• Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.

• Support integration testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business needs.

• Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices around data integrity, compliance, and information security.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex system and data integration projects.

• Strong understanding of integration technologies and patterns (e.g., APIs, ETL, middleware, event-driven architecture).

• Proven experience in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups.

• Ability to write clear and comprehensive business and functional documentation.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and critical thinking skills.

Desirable:

• Prior experience working on transformation or ERP implementation programmes.

• Understanding of data governance and information security in integration contexts.

• Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS, IIBA, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
