Senior IT Support

Are you on the lookout for a new role? I've got an opportunity that could be of interest to you. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Help Desk Support professional for a 3-month contract. If you have a strong technical background and experience with Windows networks, Azure, and Office 365.

• Location: Cardiff onsite
• Duration: 2-3 months with potential to extend
• Start Date: ASAP
• Up to £250 per day Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities: ??? Provide expert support for Windows network environments ?? Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Azure and Office 365 along with things like IPSec, VPN, Hyper-V, Intune, Routers ?? Ensure seamless IT operations and user support requirements. ? Proven experience in a senior help desk or technical support role. ?? In-depth knowledge of Windows networks, Azure, and Office 365. ?? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ??? Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
