SLT Position in a School

Are you an experienced middle leader or an aspiring Deputy Head teacher ready to take the next step in school leadership?

Academics are working closely with a Head Teacher of a secondary school in Swanley who are seeking a dedicated SLT professional to join their team on a temporary basis for terms 5 and 6, supporting their students and staff to achieve excellence. This would be both a great opportunity and good experience for someone ready to transition into a more senior role within a school.

Please note: No interviews will be required for this role as the Head Teacher is happy to book the right person with relevant experience immediately for a trial period.

What we are looking for:

• A proven leader and someone who is committed to leading and inspiring a team within the SLT. You should have experience in school leadership or teaching, bringing a wealth of knowledge, energy and vision to the role.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): To work as a teacher in the UK or significant teaching experience in the UK.

• A passion for education: Above all, you must LOVE teaching, supporting staff and shaping the school's future. You will be hands-on and actively involved in shaping the school's culture alongside the SLT team.

• A forward-thinking leader: You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is always striving for continuous improvement in all areas of school life.
