At Krispy Kreme, we believe in creating joyful experiences and delivering delicious moments every day. As a Senior Logistics Manager, you’ll help bring our doughnuts to life by leading and inspiring our transport operations—making sure every delivery is fresh, efficient, and full of care.

You’ll be a key part of our operations leadership team, working closely with regional leaders and passionate people across the business to keep things moving smoothly and sweetly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Take ownership of our transport operations, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of our doughnuts

Lead, coach, and support a dedicated team of drivers and logistics staff—celebrating their success and helping them grow

Keep a close eye on performance, safety, and compliance, making sure every vehicle and every journey meets the highest standards

Manage budgets and KPIs with confidence, finding smart ways to boost efficiency and service without losing our personal touch

Partner with other departments to make sure logistics aligns with our production and customer experience goals

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to sprinkle a little more magic into how we do things

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience leading logistics or transport teams, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

A natural people leader—you know how to bring out the best in others and build a positive, inclusive team culture

Detail-oriented and confident navigating compliance, safety, and fleet operations

Someone who sees data as a tool for improvement, not just a box to tick

Holds a Full UK Driving Licence (C1 Licence, Driver CPC, and Digi Tacho preferred)

Reliable, upbeat, and ready to roll up your sleeves—because every role here is hands-on and heart-first
