About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to join their busy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this hands-on role, you'll help deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for new and active residential developments across London.

You'll be based full-time, with three days in our Uxbridge office and two days on-site or at their Central London marketing agency. Remote working is not offered, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, office-based environment. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple developments

• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to produce marketing materials

• Assist in creating brochures, CGIs, videos, and other collateral

• Help plan and deliver marketing events both on and off-site

• Provide regular input and updates at site sales meetings

• Manage signage, hoarding, and on-site marketing installations

• Ensure websites and property listings are accurate and regularly updated

• Liaise with the digital marketing executive on web content and email campaigns

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on performance

• Work collaboratively with sales, creative, and media teams

About You:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in residential property marketing

• Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing methods

• Experience producing CGIs and marketing collateral such as brochures

• Confident communicator with excellent organisation and multitasking skills

• Able to work independently in a busy, deadline-driven environment

• Skilled in briefing and managing agencies and suppliers

• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
