We're looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to join our team - a technical expert in robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing equipment. This role plays a crucial part in developing and optimizing tools and processes that support our cutting-edge production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Design, analyze, modify, and integrate robotics and automation systems
?? Assess equipment and tooling for applicability to existing and future programs
?? Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and interim safety solutions
?? Investigate and document engineering changes
?? Ensure configuration control per SOPs
?? Recommend and drive equipment reliability improvements using engineering tools

What We're Looking For:
? Recognized subject matter expertise in robotics/mechatronics
? Proven track record managing large technical projects with minimal oversight
? Strong problem-solving skills in complex engineering environments
? Ability to mentor and delegate to junior team members
