Join our team as a Senior Non-Medical Prescriber and play a key leadership role in improving outcomes for individuals navigating drug and alcohol dependency. In this role, you will:

• provide clinical and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary team

• deliver prescribing interventions to service users with complex physical and psychological needs

• develop and implement recovery-focused, evidence-based care pathways

• build and maintain effective links with internal and external stakeholders

• ensure daily service delivery is safe, effective, and meets key performance targets

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid NMC or HCPC registration and prescribing qualification

• experience working with substance misuse and complex needs

• strong leadership, communication and assessment skills

• the ability to manage change and drive service development

• a commitment to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based across Community Drug and Alcohol Services. The contract is initially for 3 months, with a strong potential to extend based on performance and service demand.
