Hybrid Working | Finance Team

Ready to take the lead on payroll excellence? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Administrator to join our Finance team and drive payroll & pensions operations to the next level!

What You'll Do:

Lead a talented team of Payroll & Pensions Administrators
Master complex PAYE legislation and pension schemes (LGPS)
Be the go-to expert for technical queries and problem-solving
Process monthly payrolls, pension returns, and statutory payments
Work with cutting-edge systems and drive process improvements

What We Want:

Proven payroll & pensions experience with team leadership skills
Sharp eye for detail and excellent stakeholder management
Windows applications expertise (Excel, Word, Outlook)
In-depth PAYE and pensions legislation knowledge
