Senior Planner

*Current SC Clearance is required for this role*

• Job Title: Senior Planner
• Rate: £600 - £650 (inside IR35)
• Duration: 12 months
• 3 days based on site, 2 days remote working
• Ensure information regarding the programme forecast is communicated within different

Our client is a leading telecommunications business who are supporting on a large nuclear project based in Reading.

Within this role, you will be liaising with the client and key stakeholders to develop and maintain a forward-looking programme for accurate demand and capacity planning with the designated business division.

Key Deliverables:

o Ensure information regarding the programme forecast is communicated within different business functions to enable appropriate resource to meet requirements
o Further Develop and maintain a programme strategy
o Develop and maintain an effective resource plan
o Support the operational delivery team

Responsibilities:

o Further Develop and maintain a programme strategy
o Create and implement programme organisation and reporting structures
o Develop and maintain an effective resource plan
o Support the team to deliver initiatives within the organisation to continually improve the operations performance, the quality of delivery, and our focus on the Health and Safety practices in the environment we work in
o Work towards the achievement of the objectives set by line manager

Qualifications:

o Experience / qualifications in Primavera P6 and MS Project Planning at a Senior level
o o Good Knowledge of Windows operating systems
o Good knowledge of ICT applications
o Be able to pass government vetting and police Security Clearance
o Have a strong focus on Client and customer service
