Senior Project Manager - TPRM Third Party Risk Management

Oliver James is partnering with a leading energy provider based in Switzerland who is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead the identification, evaluation and selection of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution a 50% capacity contract basis.

The role can be delivered completely remotely from anywhere in Europe, and my client is offering competitive daily rates, and the opportunity play an important role on a potentially long-term project.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing the full project lifecycle for TPRM tool selection within the agreed timeline and scope.
• Leading structured stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Procurement, Credit Risk, Legal, and IT Security to gather and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Documenting and consolidating business requirements into a clear and actionable Statement of Work (SoW).
• Conducting a market scan to identify suitable data source providers to be linked to the TPRM solution and prepare a targeted vendor longlist.
• Launching, and managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably involving TPRM technology selection.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement and translating input into formal project deliverables.
• Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management, regulatory risk, and supplier lifecycle processes.
• Strong experience in drafting SoWs and managing RFPs end-to-end.
• Business Fluency in English

Contract Duration: 3-month initial contract, with potential for extension
