Senior Project Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with a large affordable housing provider in Northampton that are looking for a Project Surveyor to join their team and help with some exciting projects. The Project Surveyor will be responsible for managing disrepair cases, managing complex defect cases and managing projects. This role offers hybrid working and business mileage.

Skills needed in this Project Surveyor role:
Experience of undertaking similar building surveying duties
Working knowledge of current CDM
Working knowledge of Contract Management issues
Relevant qualifications

Responsibilities of the Project Surveyor role:
Provide efficient and effective oversight to the planned investment contracts.
Manage contractors undertaking the works
Conduct detailed property inspections to identify issues
Liaise with tenants, landlords and other parties to investigate complaints and resolve disputes
