Senior QS / Commercial Manager

Senior QS / Commercial Manager required ASAP for Tier One contractor on £180m Heathrow Airport project

I have an urgent requirement for a Senior QS or Commercial Manager for one of my Tier One contractor clients on Infrastructure works at Heathrow Airport.

The project is a £180m upgrade of facilities and systems at Heathrow Terminal 2 involving new build, refurb, fit out, infrastructure and M&E works.

The role will involve procurement, change management, valuations, payments, cost reporting through to final accounts - NEC 4 Options A, C and E contract.

It will be a fast-paced and demanding environment and the client is looking for commercially and contractually strong candidates, with roles for both upstream with the client and downstream with subbies.

Experience on Structural, Fit Out, M&E, Civils / Infrastructure and Prelims etc packages can all be considered.

The client has a 5 years framework so there's the potential for long-term freelance work or temp-to-perm as desired.
