Job Details

JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quaintly Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the delivery and governance of commercial services across multiple TfL properties within London. Based in Victoria the successful applicant will regularly review pricing on commercial refurbishments ensuring target costs are met, reviewing contractual agreement with our subcontractors, handle commercial management issues and engage with the end client directly. This role requires a diligent and professional approach and will be both client and subcontractor facing. The successful candidate will have experience of managing commercial projects.

Key Information:

• 40hrs per week (8am start)
• £26-28ph PAYE Direct (PAYE Umbrella may be approver for a higher rate)
• Location: 191 Victoria Station House, Victoria, London SW1E
• 2 months cover work

Competencies and Requirements for the Senior Quaintly Surveyor position:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• A relevant degree (such as BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline)
• substantial work experience (often 3+ years at a Quantity Surveyor level or longer for seniority)
• preferably hold professional memberships like RICS
• Strong commercial awareness
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in relevant software
• analytical abilities are also essential
