Are you a senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in NEC contracts, looking for a chance to work with a globally leading tier-1 contractor?

Do you want a chance to work on a variety of large-scale utility infrastructure projects - gaining invaluable experience within an industry leader?

My client sit within an international organisation who are pioneering utility infrastructure across the globe. They are a tier 1 contractor and specialise in the construction and operation of large scale civil, mechanical and electrical engineering projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing QS support to a variety of construction projects across the UK - including but not limited to water infrastructure, telecoms, HV power distribution networks and more.

This is an ideal role for a Senior QS looking for a contracted role within a tier 1 contractor. You will be looking for security within a globally leading organisation, with the chance to work on a variety of exciting, large-scale projects.

There is a chance of contract extension, or temp-to-perm movement at the end of the given contract length.

The Role:

• Commercial, procurement and contractual management of engineering construction projects.
• Construction estimation - with management of budgets, suppliers, subcontractors and more.
• Resolution of commercial disputes and supply chain management.
• Client relationship management in accordance with project scope.
• 6 - 9 Month length maternity cover, with possibility of extension or temp-to-perm.

The Candidate:

• Experience as a Senior QS.
• Experience in engineering construction, across either utility, water infrastructure, construction projects etc.
• Strong experience working within NEC Framework.
• Experience in managing commercial and technical delivery of projects.
• Reliable commute to Bath (3 days in office)
