Job Title: Senior Administrator - Regulatory Excellence Programme
Location: London - Hybrid
Contract Type: 6 months
Hourly Rate: £26 - £34 per hour plus holiday pay
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Administrator to support the delivery of our Regulatory Excellence Programme, an organisation-wide initiative to enhance governance, assurance, and strategic oversight across our regulatory functions.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of high-level programme plans and governance structures, ensuring the alignment of workstreams with strategic goals. You will work closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders to support informed decision-making and enable effective delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive, high-level project plans for the Regulatory Excellence Programme.
Apply recognised project management techniques to structure and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
Design and implement governance and assurance mechanisms to monitor progress, manage risks, and support oversight.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and coordinate engagement plans to ensure effective collaboration across the organisation.
Prepare high-quality documentation, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strategic focus.
Support programme-level reporting, tracking milestones and identifying areas requiring escalation or attention.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and assurance practices within the regulatory domain.
Demonstrated experience in project planning and project management within a regulatory, public sector, or similarly complex environment.
Proven ability to design and manage effective governance structures and assurance processes.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly to senior stakeholders.
Skilled in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and building productive working relationships at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting reports, briefings, and high-level presentations.
High level of attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or other project management certification.
Experience in a regulatory or public body environment.
