Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner - Global Ecommerce Giant
£600/day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London, 2 days p/w)
6-Month Initial Contract
IT Talent is looking for a senior-level Salesforce BA/Product Owner hybrid — someone who can do far more than gather requirements and update tickets. This role sits at the strategic heart of a global Salesforce CRM transformation for one of the world’s most recognised ecommerce brands.
You’ll be shaping the product vision, driving the roadmap, and prioritising delivery across multiple markets and functions. Think strategy, stakeholder wrangling, and sharp commercial thinking — all underpinned by deep Salesforce expertise.
This is for someone who:
• Can confidently walk into a room of C-level stakeholders and not blink
• Brings clarity to chaos — whether that’s defining product vision or unblocking delivery
• Balances business value with tech feasibility
• Thrives in cross-functional agile environments with multiple moving parts
• Knows Salesforce inside out and can spot when something’s off before the devs do
What you’ll be doing:
• Define and own the Salesforce CRM product strategy and vision across global markets
• Build and manage the product roadmap — aligning it with business objectives and customer needs
• Prioritise features and enhancements, balancing quick wins with long-term value
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to surface genuine business problems
• Translate high-level goals into detailed user stories, functional specs, and clear success metrics
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders — communicating trade-offs, risks, and benefits with confidence
• Partner with devs, designers, data teams and QA through delivery, testing and UAT
• Champion user-centred design and data-driven decision-making
• Keep documentation clean, current and useful — no fluff
What we’re after:
• Proven experience in both Salesforce Business Analysis and Product Ownership at enterprise level
• Strategic thinker with a strong product mindset and the ability to align technology with business goals
• Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud (CPQ and AI/Einstein a plus)
• Skilled in stakeholder management at all levels — from hands-on users to global execs
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum — JIRA and Confluence second nature to you
• Able to hold your own in roadmap discussions, executive briefings, and sprint planning alike
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Experience in global ecommerce, big tech, or consulting is highly desirable
• Salesforce certifications and data/BI experience (Power BI, Tableau) are a bonus
Start date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid (2 days in Central London, 3 remote)
