Senior SEND Officer/ Appeals Officer

Teqniq is searching for a Senior SEND Officer/ Appeals Officer to work in the public sector.

37 hours per week.

3 month contract.

08:00-16:30

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner to manage a caseload of SEND Mediation's, and Tribunal cases that have been lodged via Sendist and prepare the LA's statement of case and gather relevant evidence for cases, working on a multi agency basis, and then attend and represent the Local Authority in Tribunal.

We are looking for an experianced individual who has current Tribunal knowledge and a thorough undrstanding of the Send Code of Practise and Children and Fanmilies Act 2014. This contract is currently funded until the end of December 2025.
