• Lead and coordinate design initiatives within multidisciplinary teams.

• Collaborate on the innovative "AI Customer Experience Frontier" programme to redefine public service delivery.
• utilise research and analytics to understand user needs and test service designs.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Engage in co-design activities, fostering a collaborative design culture.

• Expertise in designing services for diverse users in complex digital environments.
• Strong ability to analyse user research data for informed decision-making.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and navigating senior design decisions.

• Agile and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative setting.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience across the full service lifecycle.
• Background in government, public sector, or charity organisations.
• Excellent planning and organisational capabilities.
