Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Outside IR35 6-month Contract – South East UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our client’s team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Service Portal.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Perform system administration, health checks, and performance tuning of ServiceNow instances.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members (if applicable).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and development tools (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular/React, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be a British Citizen.
• Must be operating Outside IR35.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Current SC Clearance (highly advantageous).
• Knowledge of Public Sector
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules).
• Experience with specific ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, GRC, SecOps).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
