Senior Site Agent

Our Client
Hays are working with a well-established Civils contractor to find a highly experienced Civils Site Agent / Project Manager to oversee a section of their project in the Chester area. This role requires extensive construction management experience with a heavy civils background, and is a long term freelance position outside IR35.

As Site Agent, you are:

• Maintaining H&S and RAMS on site
• Acting for the Principal Contractor, you are responsible for coordinating and maintaining Subcontractor packages
• Coordination for planning
• Programming works
• Liaising with the Client
• Managing commercial costs
• Operating in a highly restricted and regulated environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive heavy civils experience is essential
• Tier 1 or principal contractor experience is essential
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required
• Previous positions at a Project Manager level are essential
• Previous RC Frame experience is essential
• Previous large-scale industrial civil experience is desirable
• UK based experience
