Bradford Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our dedicated Children's Services team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for a compassionate and driven professional committed to improving the lives of children and families in need.

About the Role:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying needs and developing effective support plans.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners (health, education, police) to coordinate services and ensure positive outcomes.
Provide supervision and support to junior social workers, promoting best practice and professional development.
Manage a complex caseload, prioritizing urgent cases and adhering to statutory timescales.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and policy development within the team.
Represent the team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for children's needs.

Requirements:
Registered with Social Care England.
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Significant experience working within children's services is essential; experience in a supervisory or senior role is highly desirable.
Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies relating to children's social care.
Ability to build rapport and trust with children, families, and other professionals.
Commitment to person-centered practice and ethical standards.
