About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Senior Strategist to help global brands redefine their approach to social media. You'll lead strategy projects, uncover insights, and craft innovative social communications strategies that drive engagement and business impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Development - Build and execute forward-thinking social and content strategies tailored to client goals.

Data & Insights - Work with research and insights teams to analyse data and turn observations into actionable insights.

Creative Collaboration - Partner with creative teams to ensure strategies translate into engaging, platform-first content.

Client Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding them on best practices in social-first marketing.

Campaign Governance - Establish clear measurement frameworks, helping clients track success and continuously optimize performance.

Industry Expertise - Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and new digital behaviours to keep brands at the cutting edge.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of agency experience in social media, digital strategy, or content marketing.

A deep understanding of social-first marketing and platform-specific best practices.

Strong analytical skills-comfortable working with data, insights, and performance metrics.

Confident communicator, able to present and sell ideas to senior clients.

Experience briefing creative teams and turning insights into compelling campaign ideas.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation.
