A leader in the Aerospace & Defence sector areseeking an experienced Senior Subcontract Manager to join their team in Luton, working within their Electronic Warfare division.

• Eligible for SC clearance

You'll be leading high-value subcontract work packages, managing key supplier relationships, and delivering robust commercial contracts in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of complex subcontract work packages.
• Translate technical requirements into commercially sound contracts.
• Negotiate and manage NDAs, TAAs, software licences, and supply agreements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships aligned to business goals.
