• Support autistic adults with related disabilities to attain knowledge and skills that enhance their well-being, independence, and social inclusion.
• Assist Team Leaders in managing staff allocations and ensuring effective use of staffing resources.
• Manage, mentor, and train staff as required to ensure they are equipped to provide the best support possible.

• Experience in a support role, preferably working with autistic adults or related disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and train staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
• Commitment to enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals with disabilities.
