Senior Tenancy Officer
3-Month Contract | £20.00 - £22.00 per hour | London

Are you an experienced housing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality tenancy services? We’re recruiting for a Senior Tenancy Officer to join a respected Housing Association based in Finsbury Park on a temporary assignment until October, paying around £22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of 4 (2 Tenancy Officers & 2 Customer Service Advisors)
Lead on complex tenancy casework, including ASB and enforcement action
Carry out sign-ups, end of tenancy checks, home visits, and mutual exchanges
Work closely with external agencies and internal departments to support vulnerable residents
Handle complaints, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high standards of record keeping
Deputise for the Housing Manager when needed

About You:

Solid experience in social housing or tenancy management
Confident leading and developing a small team
Able to manage complex cases and engage with vulnerable residents
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on role in a collaborative environment

Package

Contract until October 2025
£20.00 - £22.00 per hour
Finsbury Park
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
