Senior Test Analyst - SEPA Instant Payments

Tester - SEPA/Payments - Contract - sought by investment bank based in London - Hybrid

*inside IR35 - umbrella* 3 Days a week on site. - SEPA/Instant Payments experience is essential, please do not apply if you don't have experience in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of payment systems, focusing on SEPA Instant protocols.
• Validate messages and ensure they comply with established standards and protocols.
• Perform integration testing with external systems, including TIPS (TARGET Instant Payment Settlement).
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SEPA Instant protocols.
• Domain expertise in OPF payment systems.
• Experience with message validation and message protocols.
• Proven experience in integration testing with external systems, particularly TIPS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
