Senior UK Wealth Proposition Manager

A leading UK financial services firm is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Wealth Proposition Manager to help to shape, build, and continually evolve a market‑leading Wealth customer proposition. This is a high‑impact, strategic role working across Wealth products, services, digital channels, and customer insight to deliver a best‑in‑class client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Wealth Proposition Manager, you will:

1. Oversee the end‑to‑end Wealth customer experience, collaborating across Product, Service, Operations, and front‑line teams.
2. Design, implement and maintain a compelling, integrated Wealth customer proposition across all products and services.
3. Work closely with Customer Insights teams to embed data‑driven, research‑led decision‑making.
4. Develop the commercial and revenue model underpinning the Wealth proposition.
5. Partner with analytics colleagues to build a detailed, data‑led client segmentation model.
6. Own pricing strategy and pricing disclosures throughout the customer journey.
7. Act as Subject Matter Expert for Wealth onboarding, driving a unified onboarding vision.
8. Shape customer‑facing materials and digital experiences in partnership with marketing and product teams.
9. Monitor industry trends, regulatory change and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
10. Represent Proposition Team priorities across delivery teams (CRM, digital, onboarding, etc.).
11. Ensure alignment with the firm’s broader UK and Group‑level strategic proposition.

Skills & Experience

1. Extensive experience in customer proposition, product, or service development within Wealth or Investment Management.
2. Strong understanding of UK investor types and Wealth Management products/services.
3. Experience collecting, structuring, and interpreting customer insights.
4. Commercially astute with deep knowledge of Wealth Management financial drivers.
5. Ability to use data to support recommendations and strategic decisions.
6. Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to influence across multiple business areas.
7. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Collaborative, team‑oriented, and confident operating independently under pressure.
