The service embeds a consistent, holistic user-centred approach across the full delivery lifecycle, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. Core Activities User research (qualitative and quantitative) Translation of insight into journeys, personas, prototypes and opportunity maps Governance and assurance of UCD deliverables at project gates Development and maintenance of a shared Experience Framework UX risk management, metrics (SUS/UMUX) and reporting Stakeholder engagement, facilitation and governance support Resource Requirements Four UX Design Leads providing value-chain-level leadership, hands-on delivery, assurance of vendor UX outputs, and progression of UX maturity across the programme.
