Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Senior Youth Worker in Tower Hamlets.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Youth Worker who will manage a team of frontline staff, support strategic delivery, and ensure that our universal youth provision is accessible, high-quality, and tailored to the diverse needs of our community. This is a vital role in reducing youth vulnerability and promoting positive outcomes through engaging, educational, and inclusive programming.

Pay rate – £24.35 PAYE / £31.79 Umbrella per hour.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Youth Worker you will be responsible for:

• Line manage Youth Support Workers-in-Charge and oversee multiple safe spaces.
• Design and deliver inclusive youth programmes informed by the Youth Work Curriculum.
• Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, upholding the highest standards of safeguarding practice.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-deliver joint initiatives.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and performance frameworks.
• Champion the voices of young people, ensuring their participation shapes service delivery.

Requirements:

• A recognised qualification in youth work, youth justice, probation, or social work.
• Demonstrated experience leading universal youth provision in inner-urban contexts.
