• Location: Remote
• Duration: 3 months initially, potential 3 month extension
• Rate: c£450/day (via umbrella company)

Sanderson are working with a leading financial services provider on a critical systems integration project aimed at automating the closure of customer accounts. This initiative forms part of a broader digital transformation programme within the bank.

We are seeking a hands-on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong ETL and systems integration testing experience. You'll be working alongside an established testing function, enhancing and developing existing test automation scripts, and supporting the wider team - including offshore resources.

Key Requirements:

• Strong ETL testing experience in data-focused environments
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
• Ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams
• Previous experience in financial services, ideally banking
• Leadership or previous mentoring experience (nice to have)

Tech Stack:

• Python, PySpark
• SQL (data validation, transformation logic)
