Job Description - Service Administrator Temp

Service Administrator (Temp)
Colchester
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

In your role as Service Administrator, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Service Office. As Service Administrator you should have excellent organisational skills and be a self-motivated starter who is able to communicate professionally both verbally and written. Key responsibilities as Service Administrator:

Answering the Service Office phone
Scheduling and making appointments for maintenance jobs
Handing all customer enquiries in a polite manner, providing good customer service at all times and forging good relationships with our clients and other departments
Raising callouts
Preparing one-off Service quotations
Submitting permits
Providing relevant paperwork to customers; RAMS, visit reports etc.
Assisting with day to day Service Office tasks

Key experience as Service Administrator:

Organised and self-motivated
Competent Microsoft Office user
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written
Attention to detail
Customer focused
A pleasant and friendly “can do” attitude
Good telephone manner
