Job Description - Service Assistant

Role: Service Assistant
Location: Bath
Start: ASAP
Duration: June 8th (temporary)
Pay rate: £12.90 per hour
Hours: Full-time hours - varied shifts

An accommodation provider is looking for a Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly team on a temporary basis.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Parcel management
  • Answering telephone and providing effective resolutions
  • Additional ad-hoc administration duties such as compilation of letters and emails
  • Managing and responding to customer queries, escalating as required
  • Customer orientation and escorting customers to their rooms
  • Assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner, showing empathy and responding with urgency to customer requests
  • Assisting with checking customers in and out if required


What experience you'll need:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work at pace
  • Happy working in a team and on an individual basis

Shifts are varied between 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and 2pm -10pm - flexibility across 7-days is required. Parking available onsite. Weekly pay available. For immediate consideration please click apply.
